Brazil - Fazenda Santa Alina | espresso
Brazil - Fazenda Santa Alina | espresso
A not so typical Brazilian. Nutty caramel flavors with sweet notes of mango.
This coffee is really not the typical brazilian coffee, as it overwhelms you with profound fruity flavours that can usually only be found in African or Central American coffees.
A clean and creamy chocolaty mouthfeel, and fruity notes of mango and orange, with a long and pleasant aftertaste of caramel and candied nuts!

Lucia Maria da Silva Dias, alias Tuca Dias, is a passionate and creative coffee producer. Tuca left the farm at a young age to live in Sao Paulo. After the death of her grandfather, the family intended to abandon and rent out the coffee farm they had been running so passionately since 1907. Tuca decided to return to Vale de Grama together with her business partner, Rodrigo Fernandes, and they made it their mission to increase the production of high-quality microlots and, in parallel, improve the living standards of local people.
Tuca and her dedicated team at Santa Alina are committed to producing a wide variety of high-quality coffees. The farm sits at altitudes between 950 and 1.450 meters above sea level and covers almost 900 hectares of predominantly hilly terrain, of which 239 hectares are used for coffee cultivation. The farm's average annual production of 5,500 bags comes mostly from its micro-lots.
Over the decades, Fazenda Santa Alina has gained a reputation for consistently producing some of the region’s most outstanding specialty coffee. This beautiful fazenda also supports a Eucalyptus plantation and the diversity of the farm’s coffee varieties is mirrored in the many native trees, such as Cercopia, Ipês, and Palmito Juçara that thrive on the farm.
