SHIPPING POLICY
Orders shall be delivered to the address indicated in the order form after receipt of the order.
Gust Coffee Roasters currently only delivers in the following countries. Below the shipping costs per country. Please note that we’re not making any money off of the shipping fees and we try to reduce them as much as possible, but unfortunately as a young startup we can not absorb these yet. Thanks for understanding and supporting us!

In Belgium, we offer FREE DELIVERY AT HOME in the communities Beersel, Alsemberg, Lot, Linkebeek, Dworp, Sint-Genesius-Rode and Huizingen.
We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order.
The delivery of orders is performed by carrier Bpost Belgium or in some specific cases by another carrier.
Any visible damage to and/or qualitative deficiencies of an article or other deficiency in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Gust Coffee Roasters.
We cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. If you are not satisfied with our coffee, please contact us and we will get back to you with further information.
If you have subscribed for a coffee subscription and wish to cancel, modify or pause, log in to your account and click ‘manage subscription’.
Subscription orders are currently only available in Belgium.
The risk due to loss or damage is transferred to the Customer at the time the goods have been physically received by the Customer (or a third party indicated by the Customer that is not the carrier).
