ROAST PROFILE: Medium (espresso roast).
This washed Catuai comes from producer Luis Eduardo Campos, a Costa Rican coffee farmer who is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to improve his coffee production. Since 1984 don Luis has been experimenting with different coffee processing techniques and was a real pioneer in methods such as the termico and anaerobic process.
Don Luis is not only an innovative coffee processor, he is also progressive in his farming practices, with a clear objective of dramatically reducing greenhouse emissions. With the installation of solar panels for instance, he supplies 100% of the energy of the main office and 50% of the energy of the mill.

We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order. The delivery of orders is performed by carrier Bpost or DPD, or in some specific cases by another carrier.

If you buy coffee for a company and need an invoice, just fill in the company name + VAT number at checkout, and you will find your invoice automatically in the confirmation mail of your order.
Pick up
Pick up
Select 'pick-up' at checkout and pick-up your order directly at the roastery when ready (Pastoor Bolsstraat 3, 1652 Alsemberg, Belgium). No shipping costs will be applied.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up, usually within 1-2 days. Pick-up is possible on Monday and Tuesday, or any other day of the week upon request, please send us a message before (+32479520729 or info@gust.coffee) so we make sure someone is present.
