This funky anaerobic microlot from Andrés Guaca is a real fruit explosion in your cup. Boozy notes of red currants and rum baba cake, a cocoa liquor body and smooth green apple acidity.

Andrés Guaca is a third-generation coffee producer in the Acevedo region of Huila. For the past five years, he has focused on producing coffee for the specialty market by enhancing post-harvest practices through controlled experimental fermentation methods.
Andrés also introduced more exotic varietals like Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, and Geisha.

This lot contains 100% of the Pink Bourbon varietal. Legend says that the Pink Bourbon varietal is a hybrid of red and yellow bourbon. From recent studies, this rare varietal with a complex aromatic profile, would originally come from Ethiopia.
