Even with the unique shape of the CAFEC Deep 27 Dripper which has a narrow bottom angle, only dedicated paper can secure an air layer between the paper and the dripper. So that it will form and maintain a deep filtering layer and let the coffee expand smoothly.
In addition, as a feature of Abaca+ paper’s structure, the height of the crepe is set lower on both sides, and the distance between crepes are narrowed to increase the total surface area giving enough space for coffee fine powders to adhere. This feature enables a smooth water flow.
The speed at which hot water is poured from the top is almost the same as the speed at which coffee liquid is extracted from the bottom. And more, by uniforming the texture of paper, you can control the speed easily and get stable taste.

We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order. The delivery of orders is performed by carrier Bpost or DPD, or in some specific cases by another carrier.

If you buy coffee for a company and need an invoice, just fill in the company name + VAT number at checkout, and you will find your invoice automatically in the confirmation mail of your order or by logging on your personal account.
Pick up
Pick up
Select 'pick-up' at checkout and pick-up your order directly at the roastery when ready (! NEW address ! A. Vaucampslaan 28, unit 8, 1654 Huizingen, Belgium). No shipping costs will be applied.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up, usually within 1-2 days. Pick-up is possible on Monday and Tuesday, or any other day of the week upon request, please send us a message before (+32479520729 or info@gust.coffee) so we make sure someone is present.
