Beyond the cup, this coffee tells a deeper story. The Sierra Nevada region faced significant challenges in the late 1990s, marked by violence and instability. Today, through initiatives like Grupo Sierra, producers are able to focus on sustainable coffee cultivation—improving quality while protecting the natural environment of the surrounding park reserves. Each cup supports a shift toward stability, sustainability, and opportunity.
