Logistics & Training Coordinator
Gust Coffee Roasters HQ | part time (22.5h/wk)
Gust Coffee Roasters is an independent specialty coffee roastery based in the south of Brussels. We work with both coffee lovers and professional customers, from home brewers to cafés, restaurants and other hospitality businesses.
We’re a small, hands-on team passionate about coffee, quality and doing things right. From sourcing and roasting to packing, delivery, equipment and training, we care about every step of the process.
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and passionate about coffee to take ownership of our logistics and training activities. You’ll make sure every order reaches the right customer, while helping our customers and partners get the most out of their coffee through well-organised, engaging training sessions.
The role
This is a hands-on, varied position combining logistics, order fulfilment and coffee education. You’ll be responsible for the smooth handling of incoming orders for both our B2C webshop and B2B wholesale customers, while coordinating and delivering barista training at our roastery and at our customers’ locations.
You’ll play an important role in the daily operations of Gust, ensuring that our customers receive the right products on time and feel supported throughout their coffee journey.

Coordinate Gust’s in-house barista training programme, from scheduling sessions to preparing equipment, coffee and training materials.
-
Deliver engaging, hands-on barista training sessions at our roastery for aspiring baristas and coffee professionals.
-
Organise and conduct training sessions at customer locations, helping cafés and hospitality teams improve their coffee preparation and service.

-
Help customers get the best out of their equipment and troubleshoot common brewing and espresso-related issues.
-
Adapt training sessions to the experience level and needs of each customer.
-
Maintain and improve our training materials and programmes to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
