An elegant creaminess on the palate, with boozy notes of gingerbread and amaretto and supported by a crisp acidity of lime, passionfruit and cranberries.
Ridiculously rich, sweet, spicy and fruity, like a hug in a cup!

VARIETAL: Villa Sarchi (100% specialty grade arabica)
PROCESS: Anaerobic natural (experimental process)
ROAST PROFILE: Light (filter roast).
This super exciting coffee is a good example of what passionate people like the Facusse family can achieve in experimenting with specialty coffee.
The cherries are first handpicked and placed in polypropylene bags to lightly ferment for 48 hours and then soaked in sealed tanks without oxygen for 96 hours for the anaerobic fermentation. This delicate process creates the fantastic flavour profiles we experience with our Tres Milagros lot.

We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order. The delivery of orders is performed by carrier Bpost or DPD, or in some specific cases by another carrier.

You can also always pick-up your coffee directly at the roastery. Just select 'pick-up' at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
