In this workshop you'll learn to master and experience all different brewing filter methods, in order to be able to replicate them at home.
What you will learn?
- introduction to specialty coffee (definition, characteristics, roasting,...)
- what material you require (grinders, scales, water quality, filters, ...)
- different methods that exist: Hario V60, Kalita drip, French press, Aeropress, Chemex, Bialetti, Moccamaster,...
- what type of coffee you can use (varietals, origins, process,...)
- what grind size to choose for each method
- what is a brew ratio, time and water temperature
- how to adapt the parameters to get a perfect, sweet and aromatic cup!
This workshop is meant to be a fun, interactive, sensorial coffee tasting session, using different origins, processes and varietals of coffee.

Any coffee lover that wants to start brewing or improve his skills and obtain a great filter coffee at home.

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form after receipt of the order.
We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order. The delivery of orders is performed by carrier Bpost or DPD, or in some specific cases by another carrier.

We offer a free delivery in the following communities in Belgium: Beersel, Alsemberg, Lot, Dworp and Huizingen. Just don't forget to choose 'local delivery' at checkout.
Need an invoice?
If you buy coffee for a company and need an invoice, just fill in the company name + VAT number at checkout, and you will find your invoice automatically in the confirmation mail of your order.

Orders can also be picked up directly at the roastery (Pastoor Bolsstraat 3, 1652 Alsemberg, Belgium).
Just select 'pick-up' at checkout (no shipping costs).
We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up, usually within 1-2 days.

Ingredients.
We source high quality coffees from sustainable coffee farmers playing an important role in the future of coffee. With each coffee you will find a traceability card that explains you where the coffee comes from and how it has been processed.

We select our coffees carefully and search for the ones we would personally like to drink every day! Coffees with outstanding flavor characteristics that reveil a unique terroir and experience.

Freshness.
We aim for an ultimate freshness of the coffee, we roast on a weekly basis in small batch. You can find the roast date on each bag you get from us.
