Nensebo is a new coﬀee growing region in Ethiopia. In the past years, a coffee like this would be lost without the ability to trace its origins, but thanks to hard work from our partners, we are very excited to share this small lot with you from a micro-station called Refisa, processing wild forest coffee in the most remote areas hardly accessible by car.
During harvest, the cherries are collected manually and hand sorted for 2-4 hours to keep only the ripe fruit, they are then wet fermented for 72 hours and dried over a period of 10 days on raised beds.
